From early childhood onward, I trained in dance and studied Fine Art. Dance fuels my visual work, and the human figure has been my chosen subject from the outset.
What started as an artistic expression, has expanded into a devotion to understanding the inner workings of the body. I continue to study how to enact change on an emotional and spiritual level through the body.
For me, the essence of creativity is attention and intention. This philosophy is fundamental in how I approach movement training.
With gentle direct guidance, I invite my clients to learn the language of their bodies and attain an increased range of motion, strength, and mobility unique to their own physiology.
All sensation is feedback. Pain is information. Our bodies are constantly communicating with us, and it is our work to listen.
I am here to guide and serve you on your path to wholeness."
