Release your body of stuck stress, and retrain your muscles in to length with expertly combined class. Beginning with 30 minutes of fascial release techniques on balls and rollers, then moving in to an intermediate Pilates mat class. With a focus on synchronized breath and core control, students attain flowing movement and balanced flexibility, as well as an overall sense of well being.

Immerse yourself in the potent combination of Gyrotonic exercise and strength building on the Galileo Machines. 

The Galileo is a state-of-the-art device that oscillates while you exercise, transmitting waves of energy throughout the body and activating muscle contractions between 5 and 30 times per second. Beyond increasing strength and flexibility, exercising on the Galileo equipment can improve blood circulation, decrease cellulite, increase bone density, and reduce pain and soreness for a faster post-workout recovery. 

In this class, students alternate between core strengthening routines on our two Galileo devices, and a separately ledGyrotonic class on the towers,  giving you the best of both worlds.

Join Master Trainer Domini Anne for an all levels Gyrokinesis class designed to create more freedom in the joints, and aligned strength in the body. 

The Gyrokinesis system works with circular patterns of movement, originating from the core and flowing out through the limbs. It is ideal for golfers, or anyone who would like to increase their range of motion while improving power in movement.
